Scrapmma.com has a firm commitment to internet privacy. You can visit most portions of scrapmma.com without telling us who you are and without revealing any personal information. The only information we collect from a normal web site visit is the name of your internet service provider, the browser and type of machine you are using, the web site that referred you to us, the pages you request and the date and time you request them. We use this information to generate statistics and measure site activity to improve the usefulness of the site to our visitors.

Scrapmma.com may collect email addresses and other personally identifiable data about visitors when such data is voluntarily submitted to scrapmma.com. Contact information from the order form is used to send orders and information about scrapmma.com or ScrapTM Fightwear to our visitors. Financial information is used to bill visitors in connection with their orders.

Shipping and Returns

At Scrap Fightwear (scrapmma.com) orders received by 3pm EST are shipped the SAME DAY. Canadian orders received by 12pm EST are shipped the SAME DAY. All orders received after the above mentioned times, will be processed and shipped within 24 business hours except where noted. You will receive an email confirmation, and UPS tracking number. Shipping by UPS Ground normally takes 5 business days, or less, for delivery within the continental United States. If no one is home during the day, a notice will be left on your door with instructions on how to receive your package. Please note that if your delivery address is a PO Box, your order will be shipped via First Class Mail, and the item must meet the United States Postal Service size and eight guidelines. Please send us an e-mail if you have any shipping questions. NO COD ORDERS WILL BE ACCEPTED.

Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and Guam must be shipped via 2 –day air or United States Postal Service. Some items require additional truck or air shipping charges and you will be notified where applicable. Please send us an e-mail if you have any questions or concerns.

International Orders

We can ship your order anywhere in the world. WE will contact you shortly after receiving your order via e-mail with specific shipping costs for your area of the world. Customs, duty, and taxes will be collected by your country’s customs service where applicable. Please send us an e-mail if you have any questions or concerns regarding international orders.

APO-FPO

Before placing your order, check to be certain all parcels will be accepted and delivered to your APO-FPO location. All APO-FPO shipments will be sent insured Priority Mail via the United States Postal Service. Size limits may exist on some items. You will be contacted via email if items ordered are not consistent with the United States Postal Service size and weight regulations. Please send us an e-mail if you have any questions or concerns regarding APO-FPO shipments.

All APO-FPO shipping will be quoted via e-mail before shipment.

Heavy and Oversized Items

Some items can incur extra shipping costs (based on size or weight), that will be added to the normal shipping charges. If an item requires extra shipping cost, it will be noted in the product’s description.

Our Quality Guarantee

We guarantee our product to be free of defects in workmanship or manufacture. Defective products may be returned for exchange or refund within 14 days of purchase.

Returns

You must contact our Customer Service Department for an authorization number, BEFORE you return any merchandise. Merchandise returned without an authorization number will not be subject to credit or refund. Return a copy of your invoice along with the return authorization number. It is recommended that you send all returns back via UPS Ground. Send your package insured and postage paid.

No returns will be accepted on custom or clearance items.

If you request a refund, a credit will be issued to your account for the original amount (excluding shipping and handling). Please e-mail us if you have additional questions regarding returns. Please allow 2-4 weeks for all credits and returns.
